Hi Haze! Try taking vitamin C. I've been colds and cough magnet befor but i found out that taking Fern C everyday helps. hehehe Anu ba yan? Paran commercial. :p
i hate catching colds too. every month i get that colds and flu like that's my period already. but getting anti-flu shots helps. now, my period is irregular. ;)
